About Us

We are Palisadians. Like many of you, members of our team lost homes in the fire, and that experience drives everything we do. Westside Build is one of the largest vertically integrated builders rebuilding from the Palisades Fire, with roughly $300 million of custom homes currently under construction across Los Angeles.

At our studio in Santa Monica, our architects, designers, and builders all work under one roof. That's backed by four logistics sites for pre-construction, our own lumber yard buying direct from the mills, and robotic offsite fabrication. Together they give us the scale and supply chain to keep your project moving even when materials and labor are scarce.

Every home begins with NavVis 3D scanning that feeds a full digital twin, so we map out every detail, down to the ducts and pipes, before a single board is cut. The result is precision construction delivered on time and on budget, built to the highest quality with fire-rated framing, non-combustible cladding, and integrated wildfire suppression.
