About Us
Jennifer Logan, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician providing personalized concierge primary care to patients throughout Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and the surrounding Westside communities.
During her 16-year career with UCLA Health, Dr. Logan cared for patients across the Westside, including six years at UCLA Health Pacific Palisades, where she built long-standing relationships with individuals and families throughout the community. Following the loss of the UCLA Pacific Palisades office in the Palisades Fire, she relocated her practice to nearby Santa Monica before founding a new independent concierge medical practice. She shares an office with fellow longtime Palisades physician Dr. Alison Garb.
Dr. Logan offers a modern, relationship-based approach to healthcare with enhanced physician access, longer appointments, preventive care, chronic disease management, and comprehensive coordination of specialty care. Her practice is designed to provide direct access to a trusted physician who knows each patient personally and can deliver individualized, proactive medical care.
